Aiden Donaldson

Aidan Donaldson is a Senior Associate at Crest Rock Partners, where he is responsible for deal execution, diligence, and portfolio management. Prior to joining Crest Rock, Aidan was a Corporate Development Manager at the CAM Collective, a highly acquisitive association and property management company, where he led deal execution and supported strategic finance initiatives. Earlier in his career, Aidan was an Associate with Mountaingate Capital where he invested in and worked with companies in the marketing services, industrials, and business services industries. He additionally spent time embedded in a portfolio company, Inventus Power, to directly support the CFO though ongoing special initiatives. Aidan started his career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Lincoln International, where he worked primarily on M&A deals in the Consumer industry.

Aidan received a B.S cum laude from Washington & Lee University with dual concentrations in Accounting and Global Politics. During his time at W&L, Aidan was a Group Head for the Williams Investment Society, a student-run investment group with more than $10 million of capital under management.

Outside of Crest Rock, Aidan enjoys spending time with his family, skiing, golfing, and live music.
